The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur is seeking to engage Academic Assistants and Associates in the Economics area. The selected candidates will assist faculty members in teaching, course development, marking attendance, evaluating class participation, and other academic activities. They will also be involved in research, consultancy projects, and may be assigned additional responsibilities by the Institute.

Eligibility
Academic Assistant: Post-graduate with first class. Relevant experience either in academics or industry or an M. Phil [or higher qualifications] will be preferred. Candidates must have a BSc/BA in Economics or MSc/MA in Economics or both will be eligible.
Academic Associate: Ph.D. in relevant area.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- An Academic Associate with Ph.D. (or equivalent) will be paid a stipend of Rs. 33,000/-
per month. For every completed year of relevant academic / industrial job experience, an increment
of Rs. 2000/- may be recommended subject to the maximum ceiling of Rs. 39,000/- per month at
the time of appointment.
