Description

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kurnool is seeking a Research Associate for a project titled “DASH – Digital Cash Solutions Based on CBDC.” This project is a collaborative effort with IIT Bhilai and CDAC Noida, aiming to explore innovative solutions in digital currency. The position is temporary, with a duration of 2.5 years, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a field of national importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

• Research Associate (RA) – 01 Position

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a PhD in Cryptology or allied areas. Those who have submitted their thesis are also eligible to apply. An excellent academic record in a master’s degree in computer science and engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 7 on a 10-point scale, is required. Alternatively, candidates with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent, or an MSc/MCA with a minimum CGPA of 7.5, are eligible. Desired qualifications include knowledge in public key cryptography, especially Lattice-based Cryptography, and familiarity with provable security, linear algebra, probability, and statistics.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• 1st Year: Rs. 58,000 + HRA*
• 2nd Year: Rs. 63,800 + HRA*
• 3rd Year: Rs. 66,700 + HRA*
