Essential: M.Sc. in Physics / Applied Physics / Material Science / Optoelectronics (or) MTech in Solid State Technology / Materials Science / Optoelectronics. Preferable: GATE / UGC / DAE / CSIR / NBHM qualified candidates (or) MTech in Solid State Technology / Materials Science / Optoelectronics.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Stipend of ₹37,000 plus 30% HRA (House Rent Allowance) if accommodation is not provided by the Institute.
