Position
- Junior Research Fellow(JRF)
Name of the Project
Metabolic engineering of triacylglycerol (TAG) biosynthetic pathway to enhance the nutritional quality of forage sorghum and rumen protection of dietary lipids
Eligibility
Post Graduate Degree in Professional course or Basic Science in Botany / Biotechnology/ Genetics / Biochemistry /Microbiology
Selected through a process described any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIS-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions
such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
Desirable: Experience in tissue culture and genetic transformation
of any field crops
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Junior Research Fellow(JRF) Emoluments @ PM Rs. 31000/- + HRA (24%)
