The CSIR-CFTRI is seeking a qualified candidate for the temporary position of Project Associate-II. This role is part of a project titled “Development of a Gut-Protective Fruit-Based Functional Formulation for Autism: Evaluation of Gastrointestinal function, Gut microbiota and Gut-Brain Axis Health.” The project is scheduled to run until March 2027, and the selected candidate will be based in Mysuru, Karnataka.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Nutrition, or Life Sciences from a recognized university, along with two years of experience in research and development in industrial or academic institutions. Practical experience in molecular biology methods, in vitro cell culture techniques, and in vivo animal handling is highly preferred.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 28,000/- plus HRA
