The Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram on behalf of Kerala Institute For Entrepreneurship Development (KIED) invites applications from competent and qualified candidates to the posts of Program Manager and System Administrator on contract basis.

Eligibility
Program Manager B.Tech./MBA/MSW/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a recognized University.
Minimum 7 years experience in the field of entrepreneurship/livelihood development, Project and Program Management of state level projects, Coordination with national and international institutions etc. Preference will be given to candidates with Experience in Govt. Projects/Agri business areas. Knowledge in MS Office tools and Project Management tools. Excellent Communication, Documentation and Presentation skills are mandatory
Assistant Manager B.Tech/MBA from a recognized university. Minimum 5 year experience of which a minimum of 2 years of working with entrepreneurs/ startups/learning or tinkering labs/incubators/ accelerator/Incubator consultancy or other entrepreneurship ecosystem provider is mandatory
System Administrator MCA/B.Tech./Diploma with relevant networking certifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience as System Administrator/Systems Officer in a reputed firm. Good knowledge about server management, monitoring tools, networking, maintenance and service. CCNA/MCSE certification preferred.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Program Manager Monthly Consolidated Pay Rs.40,000/-
- Assistant Manager Monthly Consolidated Pay Rs.30,000/-
- System Administrator Monthly Consolidated Pay Rs.25,000/-
