The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) is one of the premier institutions working in the field of linking education with culture. CCRT’s main thrust is to conduct variety of training programmes for in-service teachers, teacher educators, educational administrators and students throughout the country. The training programmes provide an understanding and appreciation of the philosophy, aesthetics and beauty inherent in Indian art, culture and heritage and focus on formulating and incorporating a cultural component in curriculum teaching. It has its Headquarters in New Delhi and four Regional Centres – Udaipur in the West, Hyderabad in the South, Damoh (MP) in Center and Guwahati in the North-East to facilitate widespread dissemination of Indian art and culture.

Advertisement for filling up one post of Deputy Director (Finance), one post of Hindi Officer and 04 Posts of Accounts Officer in the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), an autonomous organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following posts in CCRT

Eligibility

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (FINANCE):
Essential Educational Qualification and Experience: (i) Post Graduate degree in Commerce from recognized University. (ii) Five years experience in handling accounts, in Group –A or B Level Post in the Government/ Semi Government Organization.

HINDI OFFICER:
Essential Educational Qualification and Experience:
(i) Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a
compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a
compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or
English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or
English, with English and Hindi as a compulsory or elective or as a medium of a examination at the degree level; OR
Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or
English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.
(ii) Three years experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature under Central/State Governments/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Organisations/ PSUs/ Universities or recognized research educational Institutions.
OR
Three years experience of teaching in Hindi and English or research in Hindi or English under Central/State Governments/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Organisations/ PSUs/ Universities or recognized research educational Institutions.
DESIRABLE: Studied one of the languages other than Hindi included in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution at 10th Level from a recognized Board.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER:
Essential Educational Qualification and Experience: (i) Degree of a recognized University/ Institute. (ii) Three years experience in Cash, Account and Budget work in a Government Office / PSUs/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Deputy Director (Finance) Group ‘A’ Pay Matrix Level-11 Rs. 67700- 208700/- as per 7th CPC
  • Hindi Officer Group ‘A’ Pay Matrix Level- 10, Rs. 56100- 177500/- as per 7th CPC
  • Accounts Officer Group ‘B’ Pay Matrix Level- 7, Rs. 44900- 142400/- as per 7th CPC

How to Apply

Applications in the enclosed prescribed Performa (Annex ‘A’) and with certified copies of complete and up-to-date ACR/APAR dossiers for the last five years of the officers who can be spared in the event of their selection along with (i) vigilance clearance, (ii) integrity certificate, (iii) cadre clearance and (iv) major/minor penalty statement for the last 10 years should be forwarded to the Director, CCRT at the above mentioned address through proper channel within a period of 60 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment News. Applications received after due date or otherwise incomplete will not be considered and rejected summarily and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Candidates shortlisted for interview/personal talk will be informed in due course and no correspondence/enquiry will be entertained over phone/email in this regard.
