“Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP)” was established by Government of Uttarakhand in 2003 at industrial area Selaqui, Dehradun. CAP is a complete business incubator centre for the development of the aromatic sector in Uttarakhand. It is equipped with end to end facilities and support services like survey, training, research, production of quality planting material, extension, distillation and marketing etc. The focus is to make these all facilities available to the farmers, entrepreneurs, researcher, buyers, distillers, perfumers and traders under one roof.

Position
Scientist-B 01(Un Reserved) Perfumery and Cosmetics.
Eligibility
Essential qualification: First class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Bio technology with Ph.D. from any University established by law in India along with certificate course from any Government/ Autonomous / Recognized/ Esteemed Organization in perfume, cosmetics manufacture and certified experience of research work with publications in aromatic field.
Desirable:
Experience of aromatic oil/ fragrance/ aromatherapy/ product development and operation of sophisticated analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, UV spectrophotometer, polarimeter etc.
New Pension Scheme (NPS) 2005 will be applicable.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Pay level in pay matrix -10 Rs.56,100-Rs.1,77,500
