Description
The National Institute of Technology Puducherry (NITPY) invites applications from Indian Nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under various research projects. This opportunity is available in the Department of Mathematics, under the guidance of Principal Investigator Dr. Lalrinpuia Tlau. The project focuses on the “Stability Analysis of Multicomponent Convection-Diffusion in a Porous Medium” and is funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).

Eligibility
Applicants must have an M.Sc in Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS) or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institute. A valid GATE Scorecard or CSIR-NET (PhD / JRF) is also required. The age limit is 28 years as of the last date of application.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000/- per month plus 10% HRA for the initial 2 years
- Rs. 42,000/- per month plus 10% HRA for the third year
