Eligibility

Essential Qualification: • M. E./M. Tech. in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering,

Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mechanics, Computer Science, Information Technology,

Aerospace Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, Biotechnology, Ceramics Engineering, or allied discipline

or M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/ Life Sciences/ Mathematics from a recognized University/

Institute with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale are eligible to apply for the JRF

 positions with valid GATE/ NET. For SC/ST/ PwD category, a minimum 55 % marks or 6.0 CGPA on 10-point

 scale is required with valid GATE/NET.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Fellowship: Rs. 37,000/- p.m. + Rs 11,100/- (30% HRA) = Rs 48,100/- per month
