The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is a deemed university fully funded by the University Grants Commission, Government of India. Sukoon is a field action project of the School of Human Ecology at the Tata Institute ofSocial Sciences, Mumbai. Sukoon provides psycho-social services to litigants approaching courtsettings for matrimonial disputes and conducts primary research in the area of couple and family well-being. Sukoon counseling centers are currently operational in 6 courts in Mumbai.

Applications are invited for one post of ‘Programme Officer- Operations’ to be filled on contract basis for a period of two years initially and extendable based on performance of the employee and requirements of the Institute

Position

• Programme Officer- Operations

Eligibility

✓ Post Graduate Degree in relevant field or Graduation with minimum 5 years’ experience
✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Account Management (Operations Profile), that demonstrate abilities and competencies to handle the job.
✓ Practical knowledge of working in excel, power point presentation and Ms Office
✓ Ability to manage time and projects effectively
✓ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Ability to Multi-task and handle several client accounts

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Remunerations: Consolidated Pay Rs. 30,000/- per month with annual increments as per Institute’s rules
