Applications are invited from eligible candidates to work as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on the project entitled “Development of ESD Protection Circuits/Devices for High Speed I/O Driver and RFICs” sponsored by DST-SERB (SRG/2021/001667). The position is purely on temporary basis, with an initial appointment for one year. However, it can be extended up to two years solely based on the performance of the candidate. Further, the candidate will be encouraged to apply in the Ph.D. program of the institute. The details are as follows

Eligibility

Essential Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or
equivalent with minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA with valid
GATE/NET, and/or M.E/M.Tech or Equivalent in the area of Microelectronics, VLSI,
Embedded Systems with 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA from any recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualifications
• Good knowledge of device physics, analog/digital circuits,
TCAD Device Simulation, Circuit Simulation.
• Candidates with prior experience of working in these domains
would be given preference.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 31,000/- per month (consolidated) without HRA
