Eligibility
- Project Scientist III: Doctoral degree in science or master’s degree in engineering or technology from a recognized university or equivalent;
- Project Scientist II: Doctoral degree in science or master’s degree in engineering or technology from a recognized university or equivalent;
- Research Associate: Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree. Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Biological Sciences/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences /Molecular Biology or equivalent degree. M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biological sciences/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology with 3 years of research design and development.
- Junior Research Fellow: Postgraduate in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Life Sciences with NET qualification or graduate degree in professional courses in the above subjects with NET qualifications.
- Lab Technician: 1. B.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry/ Life science or equivalent degree. BSc/ 3-year diploma in Engineering and Technology.
- Field Worker: B.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry/ Life science or equivalent degree or equivalent degree.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Scientist III: ₹78,000 + HRA
- Project Scientist II: ₹67,000 + 9% HRA
- Research Associate: 47,000 + HRA as per 20% of Old Fellowship i.e. 36,000/- Total per month 54,200/-
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA or Rs. 23,213/- (HRA will be not entitled).
- Lab Technician: ₹26,000 + HRA
- Field Worker: Rs.18,000 + HRA
