Eligibility
Essential Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in Graphic Design, Design / Media Design. Multimedia / Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Media & Communication, Video Production, or other closely related disciplines.
Minimum 2.5 years of post qualification professional experience in graphic designing, video editing and multimedia content creation.
Proficiency in professional graphic design and video editing software, including relevant tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent professional software.
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality digital and print designs, institutional publications, social media creatives, videos, reels, motion graphics and multimedia content.
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing and multimedia work is essential.
Desirable qualifications:
Experience of working on communication, branding, publications or multimedia content for a Government organisation, educational institution, research organisation, 11T, university or similar institution.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, infographics and visual storytelling.
Understanding of institutional branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy and print production.
Strong communication, coordination and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, including requirements related to major Institute events.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Consolidated Remuneration Rs.40,000–Rs.50,000/-per month (T be fixed based on qualification and experience)
