Project Details
Project Title: “Moodie’s Ice cream: Development and Commercialization of AI-Integrated Personalized Ice Cream Recommendation System and Dispensing Machine-subproject under Moodie’s Food and Beverage Innovation Hub (Project code-R/FBI) (SBS)”.
Tenure: 24 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines. Hands-on skills in dairy/food product processing and analysis are required. Desirable criteria include basic familiarity with data handling, AI tools, CAD, and simulation, along with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Up to Rs. 25,500 (depending upon qualification & experience)
