Description

The Research Associate III position at IISER Bhopal is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project funded by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, Government of France. The project aims to develop long-lived luminescent probes using organic molecular materials and polymers, with applications in information encryption. The successful candidate will collaborate with esteemed researchers from IISER Bhopal and the University Paris-Saclay.

Project Details

Project Title: “Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (CEFIPRA)”.

Duration: 1 year (initially for 6 months, which is extendable to another 6 months).

Funded by: Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree or have submitted their Ph.D. thesis in a relevant field. They should have significant research experience and published first-author papers in reputed forums. A background in fluorescence spectroscopy, time-resolved spectroscopy/microscopy, and the fabrication of conjugated organic molecular systems is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 7.0 in their M.Sc. or equivalent degree and must have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 or undergraduate level. The age limit is 40 years.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• ₹67,000 (basic) + HRA (as applicable)
