Description
The Manipal Academy of Higher Education is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Project Research Scientist 1 (Non-Medical) to contribute to a cutting-edge research project. This project aims to develop a prognostic framework for extranodal extension-positive oral squamous cell carcinoma using multimodal extra chromosomal DNA and liquid biopsy techniques. The research will be conducted at the Surgical Oncology department of Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.

Project Details
Project Title: “A Multimodal extra chromosomal DNA and Liquid Biopsy Prognostic Framework for Extranodal Extension-Positive Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma”.
Duration: Three years (Initially for a period of one year further extendable based on the performance).
Funded by: ICMR
Eligibility
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in any field of life sciences. Preference will be given to those with experience in next-generation sequencing technologies.
