Description

The Institute of Nano Science and Technology is seeking applications for the role of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) for a project funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The project aims to integrate computer modelling, experimental methods, and nano formulation with protein-ligand interactions to develop precision therapy for cervical cancer. The research will be conducted in collaboration with Dr. Deepika Sharma, the Principal Investigator.

Project Details

Project Title: “Computational design of 2D materials and their interfaces for a high out-of-plane piezoelectricity”.

Duration: Six months or till the project end whichever is earlier, with the potential for transition to a Ph.D. position subject to performance, eligibility, and availability of a vacancy.

Principal Investigator: Prof. Abir De Sarkar

Eligibility

M.Sc. Degree in Physics Or M.Tech. degree in Material Science/Nanoscience & Nanotechnology.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 37,000/- (pm) + HRA (as applicable)
