The National Institute of Technology Silchar is seeking a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF). The project focuses on developing a Trifecta Hydro System to benefit Himalayan communities by providing off-grid power, instant fire suppression, and affordable water solutions.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech in Science/Engineering/Technology with knowledge in mechanical instrumentation, CAD, and ANSYS. A B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and fluency in English are desirable. The age limit is 28 years as of the application closing date, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD candidates as per Government of India rules.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000/- per month (Note: No H.R.A. if accommodation is provided by the Institute)
