The PDPM-Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing, Jabalpur, is seeking a qualified Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to contribute to a cutting-edge research project funded by TIH-IIT Guwahati. The project, titled “Design and Fabrication of an Integrated Perovskite-based Photodetector-Solar Cell System for Underwater Applications,” aims to explore innovative solutions in the field of underwater photodetection and solar energy conversion. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project with the potential for Ph.D. registration, subject to the institute’s regulations.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a relevant discipline, or an M.Sc in Physics/Electronics with a valid GATE score or equivalent. Candidates without NET/GATE must appear for a written test. Preference will be given to those with expertise in the growth, fabrication, and characterization of perovskite solar cells.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000 per month plus HRA as per TIH-IIT Guwahati guidelines
