The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Project Associate – II and Senior Project Associate. These positions are part of a project aimed at enhancing training and capacity building in the North-East region of India. The selected candidates will work in the Department of Chemistry, contributing to research and development activities.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for these positions are as follows:

• Project Associate – II: M.Sc. in Chemistry, qualified GATE, and at least 2 years of relevant research experience. Experience in operating instruments like UV-Visible spectrophotometer, fluorimeter, and/or FESEM is desirable.
• Senior Project Associate: Ph.D. in Chemistry with experience in operating UV-Visible spectrophotometer, fluorimeter, and FESEM.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Project Associate – II: Rs. 35,000 plus 16% HRA
• Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000 plus 16% HRA
