Eligibility
Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or allied areas. A M.E/M.Tech./M.S in relevant fields with a minimum of first class is required. Additionally, GATE/CSIR qualification is mandatory. For Research Associate positions, a Ph.D. in Microelectronics & VLSI Design or Signal Processing, or M.E/M.Tech with 3 years of research experience and at least one research paper in an SCI/SCIE Journal is required.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Associate-I: Rs. 25,000/- pm + HRA as per norms
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000/- pm + HRA as per norms
- Research Associate-I: Rs. 37,000/- pm + HRA as per norms
- Research Associate-II: Rs. 58,000/- pm + HRA as per norms
- Research Associate-III: Rs. 67,000/- pm + HRA as per norms
