Description
The Department of Sociology at the University of Delhi is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Research Assistant. This project focuses on assessing the economic and community needs of slum clusters and village communities in Delhi. The positions are temporary and will end with the project. Successful candidates will engage in research coordination, field supervision, data analysis, and writing, contributing significantly to the project’s objectives.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Ph.D., M.Phil, or Postgraduate degree in a subject relevant to the research area or any Social Science discipline with at least 55% marks. Desirable qualifications include experience in research coordination, analytical and writing skills, fieldwork aptitude, and proficiency in Hindi and English. Experience in data analysis and research work in Delhi is preferred.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Consolidated Pay: Rs. 37,000/- per month
