Description

The University of Allahabad is seeking a qualified Junior Research Fellow to contribute to a cutting-edge research project funded by the ANRF, Government of India. The project, titled “Optimization, Fabrication and Characterization of Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Deposited CuSbS2 Thin Film Solar Cells,” is led by Principal Investigator Dr. Monoj Kumar Singha. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative solar cell technology, with the position being temporary for a maximum of three years, subject to project continuation and performance.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a first-class degree in M.E./MTech./B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EIE/Material Science/Nanotechnology/Physics or equivalent allied subjects from a UGC recognized university or institute. A minimum of 60% marks is required for GEN/OBC candidates, and 55% for SC/ST/PH candidates. While GATE/CSIR/UGC qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory for candidates with a first-class degree obtained through a national level examination conducted by central government institutes.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA for the first two years
  • Rs. 42,000 per month + HRA for the third year
