Description
The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad invites applications for the position of Research Associate in a sponsored project titled “Aerodynamic breakup of non-spherical droplets.” This is a rolling advertisement for a time-bound project appointment under the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Eligibility
Candidates must hold a PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering. Desirable qualifications include a PhD in Fluid Mechanics, CFD, or Applied Mathematics, proficiency with OpenFOAM/Basilisk on HPC Cluster, and experience in simulating multi-phase flows. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in droplet dynamics and programming proficiency with OpenFOAM/Basilisk.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 58,000 per month + Rs. 13,920 (HRA)
