The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is a deemed university fully funded by the University Grants Commission, Government of India. Sukoon is a field action project of the School of Human Ecology at the Tata Institute ofSocial Sciences, Mumbai. Sukoon provides psycho-social services to litigants approaching courtsettings for matrimonial disputes and conducts primary research in the area of couple and family well-being. Sukoon counseling centers are currently operational in 6 courts in Mumbai.

The Centre is looking to recruit highly motivated and qualified professionals and researchers to staff its multidisciplinary teams and contribute to its projects and activities:

Eligibility
Field Facilitator
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience working in similar roles preferably for Education Institutions
Desktop Engineer (Part-Time)
Qualification: Degree/diploma/certificate in computer science IT, Telecom or a related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in similar roles
Intern – Research (Part-Time) Qualification: Graduation in any discipline and candidate pursuing masters are preferred
Intern – Communication (Part-Time)
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline and candidate pursuing masters are preferred
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience working in similar roles preferably for Education Institutions/ NGO sector
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Field Facilitator Gross monthly remuneration for the position is in the range of Rs. 14,000/- to 15,500/- per month, commensurate with qualification and experience
- Desktop Engineer (Part-Time) Gross monthly remuneration for the position is in the range of Rs. 13,000/- to 15,000/- per month, commensurate with qualification and experience.
- Intern – Research (Part-Time) Gross monthly remuneration for the position is in the range of Rs. 3,000/- to 5,000/- per month, commensurate with qualification. Traveling allowance will be paid based on actual travel to schools
- Intern – Communication (Part-Time) Gross monthly remuneration for the position is in the range of Rs. 8,000/- to 10,000/- per month, commensurate with qualification and experience.
