Eligibility
General Manager (T&SD)-01: Pay-scale Rs. 37400-67000, Grade Pay 8900, Age Below 50 Years
Qualification/Experience: Bachelor in Science or Master Degree in any discipline with minimum 15 years of experience in
training need assessment, training module development, training programme management and delivery, training effectiveness
evaluation and significant experience in project management in public health especially RCH & FPwith excellent team
management, decision making, presentation and interpersonal skills including communication, networking and
coordination.Candidate having Master Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Management/ Public Health would be
given preference. Good knowledge of basic computers especially MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access &
Outlook) is desirable.

10 years of professional work experience in public health especially RCH & FP with excellent team building,decision making, presentation and interpersonal skills including communication,networking and coordination. Candidate should also have experience of development of publicity material, audio-video short film production & editing, script writing and
communication & dissemination and required to attach sample of audio-video material produced and script developed by him/her. Good knowledge of computer applications especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Web surfing is desirable.
Project Based Positions:
Strengthening and Expansion of Family Planning Services with focus on Postpartum FP, CAC & PAFP in State’ Project
State Programme Manager-01 (Consolidated Maximum Salary Rs. 1,00,000/-, Age below 45 years
Qualification/Experience: MBBS with at least 03 years of experience in Public Health in any of the area related to RMNCH+Aor DGO having at least 03 years of experience in Public Health in any of the area related to RMNCH+A.
Sr. Consultant-01 (Consolidated Maximum Salary Rs. 60,000/-, Age below 45 years)
Qualification/Experience: Masters in Public Health/ Masters in Hospitalor Health Management having at least 05 year of experience in in Public Health in any of the area related to RMNCH+A.
M&E Specialist-01 (Consolidated Maximum Salary Rs. 40,000/-, Age below 45 years
Qualification/Experience: Post Graduation in Public Health/ Social Science/ Statistics/ Community Health, Preventive & Social Medicine having at least 05 years of experience in Public Health in any of the area related to RMNCH+Aregarding research technique and handling data analysis with high level of familiarity with computer packages like MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint & Web surfing to search relevant data & documents. Knowledge of advanced computing skills in statistical packages like SPSS, STATA is desirable.
Short Term Positions:
Required Team Leader& Programmer with relevant experience in Java, PostgreSQL 12.xx, Angular JS, Java Native, SQLite

Team Leader-01: Consolidated Salary Rs. 50000/- pm, Age Below 35 Years At least BE/B.Tech. /MCA in Computer Science having minimum 05 years of experience in managing & developing software
