Advertisement notice for the temporary positions under the ad-hoc project entitled “Technological innovations in enhancing ovine and caprine production performance and its value addition for sustainable livelihood of nomadic shepherds of UT of Jammu and Kashmir”

Applications in prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates (both essential and desirable qualifications) for the temporary positions (Young Professional-I / Young Professional-II ) under the ad-hoc project entitled “Technological innovations in enhancing ovine and caprine production performance and its value addition for sustainable livelihood of nomadic shepherds of UT of Jammu and Kashmir” sponsored by Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Govt. of India.

• Young Professional-I
• Young Professional-II

Eligibility

Position: Young Professional-I Graduate (B.V.Sc & A.H./ B. Sc/B.A/ B.Tech/BCA) Handling experience on anyone of equipment: NMR, FTIR, HPTLC, HPLC, GC or LC-MS. Flair of working on higher altitude with nomadic shepherds community.

Position: Young Professional-II Post-Graduate (M.V.Sc/M.Sc/ M.Tech/ MBA/MCA) Working experience on nanoparticle/ nanotechnology. Basic knowledge of Computer. Well-versed with HPTLC, LCMS and NMR. Flair of working on higher altitude with migratory shepherds community.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Young Professional-I Rs 25,000/- consolidated
• Young Professional-II Rs35,000/- consolidated

Pura, Jammu-181102, J&K; on or before 24th of April, 2023. The eligible candidates will be interviewed on 28th of April, 2023 in the office of Director Research, SKUASTJ, Administrative Block, Chatha- 180009, Jammu at 11:30 A.M. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview
