The SVNIT Surat is seeking applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a project focused on designing and predicting the applicability of aluminium-based high entropy alloy foams and sandwich structures for aerospace applications. Project Title: “Design and predict applicability of aluminium-based high entropy alloy foams and sandwich structures for leading edge and fuselage aerospace applications”.
Duration of Project: One Year

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial & Production, Metallurgy, Applied Mechanics, Aerospace engineering, or related fields. A B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, Metallurgy, or allied branches is also required. Selection is through GATE or national level examinations conducted by central government departments and agencies.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA at 16% as per revised DST-JRF/SRF norms.
