The SVNIT Surat is seeking applications for a Junior Research Fellow position in a time-bound research project titled “Plasma Impedance and RF power transfer studies in RF/Microwave Electric Propulsion.” This project is funded by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and will be conducted in the Department of Physics. Eligibility
Candidates must possess a PG Degree in Basic Science or a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course. Selection should be through National Eligibility Tests such as CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or other national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies. The upper age limit is 28 years, with relaxations up to 5 years for candidates from scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women, and physically handicapped candidates.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000 per month plus 20% HRA, as per ISRO guidelines
