Eligibility
Deputy General Manager
Doctorate Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences OR Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences with MBA/PGDM/PGDBM OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with MBA/PGDM/PGDBA from a recognized University/Institution.
Ten Years’ experience in Industry/Academic Institutions/Science & Technology Organizations or Scientific activities & services out of which 5 years should be in Startup Ecosystem development at Senior Management level.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in Entrepreneurship Development
Experience in Industrial Parks/Knowledge Parks/Incubators/Accelerators
The candidate should possess leadership qualities and good communication & networking skills.
Senior Program Manager
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Masters’ Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized University/Institute.
Four years’ experience in Incubators/Start-ups/Entrepreneurship Development/Developmental Projects.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience :
Doctorate Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.
Senior Scientist (Technology Transfer)
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Masters’ Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized University/Institution.
Four years’ experience in Technology Management/IP Management/Developmental Projects/Policy & Planning.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience :
Doctorate Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.
Working experience in Technology Transfer or Commercialization/ Technology Licensing and Acquisition. The candidate should possess excellent communication and networking skills.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Deputy General Manager Consolidated Salary: Rs.1,20,000/- per month (including all statutory liabilities) + 3% increase per annum.
- Senior Program Manager Consolidated Salary :Rs.67,000/- per month (including all statutory liabilities) + 3% increase per annum
- Senior Scientist (Technology Transfer) Consolidated Salary :Rs.67,000/- per month (including all statutory liabilities) + 3% increase per annum.
