The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position at NIT Warangal is part of a project focused on developing sustainable transportation fuel from underwater macroalgae resources. The selected candidate will engage in lipid extraction from marine macroalgae, biorefineries, fermentation, transesterification studies, and optimization studies.

Eligibility
Candidates must have a First-Class degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or a CGPA of at least 6.5 on a 10-point scale in both B.E/B.Tech and M.E/MTech in Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, Bioscience and Bioengineering, or Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. Additionally, a valid GATE qualification is required. Candidates with experimental knowledge in bioprocessing, downstream processing, biofuel production, lipid extraction, and biodiesel production are preferred. The age limit is 30 years, with age relaxation as per institute norms.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- ₹37,000 per month
