Eligibility

B.Tech/ B. E or Equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and MTech/ M.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent with Research areas in Microelectronics/VLSI/ Integrated Circuits & Systems/Fabrication and Characterization. (OR) B.Tech/ B.E or Equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Candidate who are selected through National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET or GATE)
•   37,000+HRA (1st and 2nd Year)
•   42,000+HRA (3rd Year, upon successful assessment and upgradation to SRF) 
•  Candidate without National Eligibility Test (CSIR  30,000+HRA (1st and 2nd Year)
•   33,000+HRA (3rd Year, upon successful assessment and upgradation to SRF)
