Description

The Junior Research Fellow will be involved in a project titled “Development of Advanced Signal Processing Techniques for Wireless Communication Systems.” The project aims to explore innovative solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of wireless communication systems. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Dr. V. Ramesh, Associate Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Project Details

Project Title: “ASIC Implementation, Chip Fabrication, and Testing of an Indigenous RISC-V Based Lightweight Edge AI Processor for IoT-Enabled Healthcare Application”.

Duration: 36 Months (extension based on performance review every 12 months)

 principal investigator: Dr. Varun P. Gopi

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering recognized University/Institute and M.E/MTech/M.S. in VLSI Design / Embedded Systems / Microprocessors or any other specialization in ECE related to VLSI. Knowledge and experience in ASIC design, chip fabrication flow, and VLSI tools will be an added advantage.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • INR 37,000 plus Per Month (3 Years)
