Description
The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position at NIT Trichy is a prestigious role that involves working on a project titled “Miniaturized DC-DC Buck Converters, and Nano-Power MOSFET Zero Temperature Coefficient (ZTC) Operating Point Based PMU Infrastructure Circuits.” The project is led by Dr. Manikandan R R, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The selected candidate will engage in various tasks, including the design of power management integrated circuits, analogy circuit simulation, layout design, chip tape-out, and conducting experiments. This role also provides an opportunity to register for M.S. (By Research) or Ph.D. programs at NIT Trichy, subject to fulfilling the institute’s norms.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech or M.E/MTech degree with first-class honours in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a UGC-recognized university. A valid GATE score is also required. The upper age limit for applicants is 28 years, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST and OBC candidates.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000 + 20% HRA
