Description

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of One (01) CRS Project Fellow to work on a CRS project titled “2D superconductivity in transition metal dichalcogenides” funded by UGC-DAE CSR (Kolkata Center). The duration of the project is three (03) years.

Eligibility

DesignationQualification
CRS Project Fellow (Junior) -IM.Sc. Physics (not earlier than 3 years) with a minimum of 55% marks in the concerned subject.
CRS Project Fellow (Senior)-IAfter completion of 2 years as a CRS Project Fellow (Junior) -I + at least one research paper in a reputed SCI journal + assessment of the student by a 3 member expert committee approved by the Centre-Director UGC- DAE CSR (Kolkata Center)
CRS Project Fellow (Junior)-IISame as (1) + valid JEST/GATE/NET-JRF/Lectureship/UGC- CSIR NET JRF/Lectureship + Ph D. registration of the student under the supervision of the PI at the University where Pi’s institute is affiliated
CRS Project Fellow (Senior)-IIAfter completion of 2 years as a CRS Project Fellow (Junior)-II + at least one research paper in a reputed SCI journal + assessment of the student by a 3 member expert committee approved by the Centre-Director UGC- DAE CSR (Kolkata Center)

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • CRS Project Fellow (Junior) -I Rs. 14,000 + HRA
  • CRS Project Fellow (Senior)-I Rs. 16,000 + HRA
  • CRS Project Fellow (Junior)-II Rs. 31,000 + HRA
  • CRS Project Fellow (Senior)-II Rs. 35,000 + HRA
