Description
The National Institute of Technology Silchar is seeking a dedicated Research Associate I (RA-I) to join a cutting-edge project titled “Design and Development of WPT Rectenna Array System for Futuristic Space Missions.” This project is sponsored by ISRO and aims to push the boundaries of space technology. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Dr. Taimoor Khan and Prof. Brinda Bhowmick (Shome) in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department.

- Research Associate I (RA-I)
Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Alternatively, candidates with an M.E./MTech. and three years of relevant research, teaching, or design and development experience, along with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal, are eligible. Experience in designing Antenna/Rectifier/Rectenna using HFSS/CST/ADS Software is highly desirable. The age limit for applicants is 35 years, with relaxations applicable as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD candidates.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- INR 58000/-+HRA as per guidelines of ISRO, Govt. of India
