National Institute of Technology Mizoram Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up a temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the Science Engineering Research Board (SERB) sponsored project entitled “Efficient Synthesis of Organic Compounds: Effects of Self-Assembled Systems of Cationic Conventional and Gemini Surfactants”. The duration of project is 3 years. The qualifications and other requirements for JRF are given below:

Eligibility

Position:Junior Research Fellow (JRF) M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum 60% marks (6.5 CGPA) with either NET or GATE qualification

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Selected candidates will be paid monthly fellowship of Rs 31,000/- + 8 % HRA for
  the first two years.
  A fellowship of Rs 35,000/- + 8 % HRA per month will be paid in the 3rd year if the candidate’s work is found to be satisfactory
