The National Institute of Technology Meghalaya is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India. Eligibility
Candidates with an MTech. / M.E. in VLSI/microelectronics/semiconductor Devices/AI-ML, or related disciplines with experience in semiconductor devices and AI-ML tools.
M.Sc. with valid GATE/NET qualification or GATE-qualified candidates with a B.Tech. / B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related disciplines. Knowledge of AI-ML/Python/EDA tools is preferable.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Fellowship will be INR 37,000/- p.m., for the first two years and INR 42,000/- p.m., for the third year.
