Description
The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position is available in the Department of Electrical Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur. The selected candidate will work on a project titled “Diagnosis and Assessment of Thermally Aged XLPE Cable Insulation using Non-destructive Test Technique in Time and Frequency Domain.” This project is sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) and aims to explore innovative techniques in the field of high voltage engineering.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess an MTech/ME or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power System or High Voltage Engineering. Additionally, candidates should have qualified GATE. Preference will be given to those with experience in experimental work or related high voltage engineering projects.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- 1st and 2nd Year: Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA
- 3rd Year: Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA
