Eligibility

Candidates must possess an M.E/MTech. /M. S or B.E./B.Tech. in a relevant specialization of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum CGPA of 6.0 or 55% marks is required. A GATE qualification is also necessary for the JRF position.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
• Project Associate: Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
