The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Ahmedabad, is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Biopharma Incubation Centre (BIC). This position is crucial for driving the strategic vision and operational management of the incubation centre, which is supported by BioNEST. The role is temporary and contractual, aligning with the project’s duration.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Science or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience, including at least 2 years in start-up incubators or related organizations. Desirable qualifications include strong communication, managerial, and leadership skills, proficiency in drafting and noting, and experience in organizing seminars and workshops. The age limit is 45 years, with relaxations for SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities, and female candidates.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- ₹ 80,000 –₹ 90,000/- per month (fixed)
