The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development is a premier organization of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, engaged in training, consultancy, research, etc. in order to promote entrepreneurship and Skill Development. The major activities of the Institute include Training of Trainers, Management Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship-cum-Skill Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes and Cluster Intervention. NIESBUD has provided training to 12,37,307 persons till date through 46,837 different training programmes since inception. This includes 5,011 international participants hailing from more than 145 countries throughout the globe.
Description
The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), invites applications for the following positions (Senior Consultant/ Consultant / Young Professional/ Programme Coordinator/ System Analyst/Developer/ Project Consultant) on a contract basis for a period of 01 years which may be extended further for providing high-quality services on specific projects as per requirement of the verticals. However, their continuation in their respective position beyond the first and subsequent years would be contingent on a satisfactory Annual Performance Review based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators

Eligibility
Senior Consultant Master’s Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
Consultant Grade 2 Master Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from recognized University/ Institute.
Consultant Grade 1 Master Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from recognized University/ Institute.
Young Professional Master Degree in Social Science/ Humanity /MSW/MBA in Management from recognized University/ Institute.
Programme Coordinator Graduate from recognized University/ Institute.
System Analyst/Developer Masters in Computer Science from a reputed University/College.
Project Consultant Graduate in Entrepreneurship/ Business Administration/ Social Science/ Science/Commerce/ Social Work, or any other related relevant discipline.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Senior Consultant Salary Rs. 1,76,000/- to 2,15,000/-
- Consultant Grade 2 Salary Rs. 1,21,000/- to 1,75,000/-
- Consultant Grade 1 Salary Rs. 80,000/- to 1,20,000/-
- Young Professional Salary Rs. 60,000/-
- Programme Coordinator Salary Rs. 35,000/-
- System Analyst/Developer Salary Rs. 61,000/- to 79,000/-
- Project Consultant Salary Rs. 35,000/-
