The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will work on a project titled “Quantum Annealing and Optimization: Mobility, Multi-modal logistics, Railway Resource Scheduling and Related Problems” in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at MNIT Jaipur. The project aims to explore advanced quantum computing techniques to solve complex logistical and scheduling problems. Project Details

Project Title: “Quantum Annealing and Optimization: Mobility, Multi-modal logistics, Railway Resource Scheduling and Related Problems”.

Tenure: one year and may be extended by up to two additional years, subject to satisfactory performance.

Principal Investigator: Dr. Sonu Lamba 

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks in sciences or a first-class graduate degree in engineering disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Science from a recognized university. Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Python programming is desirable. Selected candidates will be encouraged to register for a PhD at MNIT Jaipur in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • ₹37,000/month (First 2 years) + 20% HRA
