The college was established in 1963 with the name as Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur as a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan, Subsequently; on June 26, 2002 the college has been given the status of National Institute of Technology and on 15 August 2007, Proclaimed Institute of National Importance through Act of Parliament. The Institute is fully funded by Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya), Government of India. More than 12,000 students have already been graduated since its establishment.

Applications are invited from highly motivated and dynamic eligible candidates for junior research fellow (JRF) position to work on a sponsored research project funded by Directorate of Specially Abled Person, Government of Rajasthan. The theme of the project is as follows: Project Title: Prototype Development of Artificial Intelligence based Portable Computer Aided Diagnosis System for Silicosis Project Investigators: Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Dr. Satyendra S. Chouhan, Prof. Rajesh Kumar The minimum essential and desirable qualifications for the project posts are as follows:

Eligibility

Position: Junior Research Fellow
M.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering (or Equivalent) (60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 and above). *Candidates currently in the final semester of M. Tech can also apply however, they should produce the proof of completion of M. Tech Degree.
Desirable
Candidates with a strong background in Programming skills (preferably Python), Algorithms and Knowledge of Machine learning/Deep learning methods are encouraged to apply.
The selected candidates shall be encouraged to register for PhD at MNIT Jaipur in the department of CSE or ECE or EE based on the qualification.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow Fellowship Rs. 31,000/-per month + HRA (as per rules)
