Scientific Assistant in Inter University Instrumentation Centre (IUIC), Mahatma Gandhi University Applications are invited for a temporary position (initially for 1 year; extendable based on performance) of Scientific Assistant (SA) having M.Sc. Chemistry or Environmental Sciences.
Details of the position 1. The SA will be given advanced training in mass spectrometry related applications in the laboratory of Waters India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. 2. The trained SA will have the responsibility to maintain LC-Q-ToF-MS and provide service to the potential users of the equipment.

Qualification: 1. M. Sc. in Chemistry or Environmental Sciences with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade 2. Minimum 1 year experience in handling (instrumentation and analysis) HRMS (High Resolution Mass Spectrometer).
Minimum Yearly Remuneration
Monthly fellowship will be Rs. 30,000.
