IITRAM invites applications towards “Visiting Professor (contract and deputation) / Retired Professor (on contract)” position from energetic meritorious qualified Indian Nationals, Persons of Indian Origins (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Foreign Nationals having passion for teaching and research for its various academic programs in disciplines of Management (Finance and Marketing), Basic Sciences (Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics), Engineering (Civil Engg., Compute Science Engg., Electrical Engg., Electronics Engg. and Mechanical and Aerospace Engg.). Visiting Professor positions are available for short and / or long term visits. Visiting faculty member is expected to teach minimum 2 courses per academic semester (for short-term visit) and minimum 3 courses per year (for long-term visits). IITRAM shall be able to provide the best possible remunerations and support for such faculty members as per the regulations of the Institute.

Eligibility

• Candidates should possess a doctorate in a relevant discipline from an Institute of National Importance and / or University with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with throughout consistently good academic record.
• Professor / Retired Professor from academic institutions of repute such as IITs, IISc Bangalore, and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or Foreign Institution(s) of comparable standards.
