Established in 2015, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Palakkad is dedicated to creating an environment that enables students and faculty to engage in the pursuit of knowledge, dream, think and innovate to become a change agent for a better world. Celebrated as a major granary of Kerala, Palakkad is the gateway to the State, from the East in the form of the nearly 40-kilometre break in the Western Ghats, called the Palakkad Gap. The Centre for Industry Collaboration & Sponsored Research (IC&SR) in IIT Palakkad has been set up in July 2018 to promote, facilitate, coordinate and administer all the sponsored and consultancy projects of the Institute. IC&SR functions as the interface between the faculty and external funding agencies (government and private agencies), both national and international.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Manager (IIT Project Staff) Rs. 70,000 to 80,000/-per month on contract basis, exceptional candidates may receive additional consideration.
- Assistant Project Manager (IIT Project Staff) Rs. 45,000 to 55,000 per month on contract basis
- Assistant Project Manager (TECHIN – GSCOE B) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range of Rs. 45,000 to 50,000 per month based on the skills of the candidate
- Technical Executive – Mechanical (TECHIN – GSCOE B) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range of Rs. 35,000 to 40,000/- per month based on the skills of the candidate.
- Technical Executive – Electronics (TECHIN_ GSCOE B) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range of Rs. 35,000 to 40,000/- per month based on the skills of the candidate.
- Program Coordinator (TECHIN GSCOE B & H)(4 positions) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs. 35,000 – 40,000/-; the exact amount will be fixed based on experience and skill-set.
- Marketing Executive (TECHIN & TECHIN GSCOE)(2 positions) Rs. 40,000 to 50,000 per month on contract basis, the exact amount will be fixed based on experience and skill-set.
- Training Officer 1 (TECHIN GSCOE B)(2 positions) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs 25,000/- per month
- Training Officer 2 (TECHIN GSCOE B)(2 positions) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs 25,000/- per month
- Media and Documentation Officer Rs. 35,000 to 45,000 per month on contract basis to be fixed suitably based on candidate profile.
