Eligibility
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field such as Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering, with 10 years of experience. Alternatively, candidates with an M.E./MTech or equivalent master’s degree with 5 years of experience are also eligible. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs 1,20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
