Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow, under the project titled “Green Steelmaking by Hydrogen Assisted Reduction of Iron Oxide” in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, IIT Madras.

Eligibility
Senior Research Fellow – Ph.D.(Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy/ Materials) related discipline with reasonable performance and experience in high temperature metallurgy/mineral processing
Desirable: Experience in designing furnace and working on
high temperature experiments. Candidates with steel plant/ mining/metal/chemical industry experience will be preferred Good mathematical/logical skill is required.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
Senior Research Fellow – Rs. 35000/- Per month
